It did not mean if you go in NASA and download any thing and you got 91Gb/s of internet speed. It is an internal network and it is called ES net (Energy Science Network). Basically it is a network, which is used by NASA for joining there different research centers. With the help of that speed different researchers share there data(very big files) to other ones with very best speed. It is very close network, it is not a world wild network where you can excess your facebook, youtube or download any thing. This research only shows NASA can transfer there file from one point to another at 91Gb/s. What you feel if i tell you some scientist share there data at 1Tb/s practically. It don't mean they have 1Tb/s of internet speed. It is the speed between two point.Just think at your home you have broadband of 100Mb/s and other have 50Mb/s. There is a website who have very poor hosting and you both visit on that website. It don't mean a person who have high speed internet they open that website faster then slower. The opening time of that website is slower for both person because that website don't have good hosting.
